I. PRIVATIZATION COMPARTMENT:

Necessary documents and fees for:

1. Authorizations for carrying out economic activities based on GEO no. 44/2008, for individuals, individual enterprises and family enterprises

The documents are submitted, starting with 25.04.2008, at the Trade Register Office from Deva, b-dul Decebal, block P, mezzanine and are mainly:
• identity card
proof of domicile (housing contract)
• deed of legal possession of of the space (if the activity will take place in a space)
• study certificate – last school graduated
• qualification document
• approval of the family doctor that he is fit for the activity to be carried out
• table with the agreement of the neighbors targeted by the Owners Association (where applicable)
• the amount of approx. 250 Ron
forms will be completed at ORC standard when filing documents.
If the activity will take place in a space after the registration of the authorization at the ORC and the obtaining of the documents, the economic agent will appear at room 8 of the City Hall in order to obtain the operation authorization.
2. OPERATION AUTHORIZATION for activities that take place in spaces and their annual visa, issued based on Law no. 650/2002, for the approval of GO no. 99/2000, regarding the marketing of market products and services, of GD no. 333/2003 for the approval of the methodological norms for the application of GO no. 99/2000 and respectively HCL no. 34/2008.
All activities that take place in spaces are authorized: trade, public catering, services, production, except for the registered offices if they are not used as offices.
The file will include the following documents presented in xerox copy:
• standard application, received from the City Hall *
• evaluation report completed by the office staff after submitting the documents (only upon authorization)
• company registration certificate at the Trade Register Office
• certificate ascertaining for the registered office
• ascertaining certificate for the working point to be authorized *
• proof of legal possession of the space from which to result its destination (CF extract or building permit, minutes of receipt of the work, change of destination) *
• the registration certificate and the ascertaining certificates for the persons authorized based on GEO no. 44/2008, authorized natural persons, individual enterprises, family enterprises, issued by ORC
• sanitary authorization, veterinary sanitation, PSI, labor protection, environment (if applicable, depending on the specifics of the activity) *
• other agreements and approvals of the specialized bodies provided by law for expressly established activities *
• contract with the sanitation company SALUB SA or, as the case may be, proof that there are no debts *
• proof from the Owners Association part of the space that there are no debts *
• proof of payment of local taxes and fees from about 6 and 12, for companies and 3 and 12 respectively for individuals, individual enterprises or family enterprises (from the City Hall) *
• the authorization fee is paid once the file is submitted and is established in depending on the activity, through HCL for establishing local taxes and fees. *

• original authorization (visa only) *
For endorsement of authorizations, only marked documents will be presented *

3. ANNUAL APPROVAL OF THE OPERATION AUTHORIZATION
– Finding certificate for the working point (if there have been changes since the authorization);
– Authorization issued based on GEO no. 44/2008, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, family enterprises, issued by ORC;
– Proof of payment of all local taxes and fees, royalties to the Hunedoara Local Council;
– Declaration on one’s own responsibility in relation to the obligation to obtain
special approvals and authorizations (if there have been changes since the authorization);
– Proof of payment of utilities to the owners’ associations of which they are part and from the commercial companies providing sanitation and advertising services, respectively, with which the Hunedoara City Hall has contracts (if applicable);
– the authorization fee according to HCL regarding the local taxes and fees – is established annually.
4. OPERATION AUTHORIZATION for seasonal TERRACES :
• standard application is received from HCL City Hall no. 34/2008
• certificate of registration of the company at ORC
• costing certificate for the registered office
• ascertaining certificate for the working point with the activity code – public alimentation
• land contract with destination – public alimentation terrace
• sanitary veterinary authorization – food safety
• proof of payment of local taxes and fees about 6 and 12 City Hall
• proof of payment of the value of utilities to the Owners’ Associations
• stamp
• authorization from the previous year (if any)
• authorization fee according to HCL regarding local taxes and fees – is established annually
5. OBTAINING THE OPERATION AUTHORIZATION OF TRAVELING TRADE
Registration certificate At the Trade Register Office in accordance with the legal provisions in
force;
– Authorization issued based on GEO no. 44/2008, authorized individuals, individual enterprises, family enterprises, issued by ORC;
– Proof of legality of the location on which the activity is to be carried out
(land rental contract, updated CF extract, etc.);
– Proof of payment of all taxes and fees, royalties to the Hunedoara Local Council;
– Proof of payment of utilities to the Owners’ Associations of which they are part and from the
commercial companies providing sanitation and advertising services with which the Hunedoara City Hall has contracts (if applicable);
